• Contracts a Send for signature card on the contract page (when switched on). When everyone has signed, the contract is marked as accepted, the signer and signature appear on it, and the signed PDF and the certificate are added to its files.
• Proposals the same card; the proposal is marked as accepted when everyone has signed.
• Estimates the same card; the estimate is marked as accepted when everyone has signed.
• Clients client contacts can be chosen as signers. They sign in their client portal under Documents to sign.
• Team members team members can be chosen as signers and sign inside NIZU.
• Roles four NIZU Sign permissions in Settings → Roles.
• Authenticator 2FA (App) how team members and clients confirm it is them when they sign.
• NizuEvents (App) every change of a document sent for signature (sent, signed, declined, cancelled) can be sent to your own webhook.
• AI Reports (App) "Documents sent for signature" and "People asked to sign" can be reported on: signed, waiting, declined, signed rate, average days to sign.
• Agents / MCP a connected AI assistant can list documents, tell where a signing stands, send a contract, proposal or estimate for signature (after your approval) and remind signers.
