The best-known electronic signature services are DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign), Yousign, PandaDoc and Zoho Sign. They are mature, separate services: you upload documents to them, pay a monthly subscription per user, and often extra per text-message code or per additional signer. NIZU Sign is part of NIZU WorkSpace: documents are sent from the same place as your contracts, proposals, estimates, clients and team, and stay in your workspace's own database.

On top of the certificate of completion, NIZU Sign adds an independent RFC 3161 timestamp from a free public timestamp authority (non-qualified), and offers a public page where anyone can check a signed PDF on their own device. Other providers offer similar evidence features on some plans; compare them on their own sites.
Prices change often and depend on plan and volume; check each provider's own pricing page. Comparison based on public information available in October 2026.
