How to install NIZU Sign

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open Apps.
3. Search for NIZU Sign.
4. Click Install.
5. Click Activate.

NIZU Sign now appears in the left menu as Documents to sign.

Before your team and clients sign

Team members and client contacts sign inside NIZU and confirm it is them with their authenticator app. Install and activate the Authenticator 2FA App too, otherwise documents can only be sent to people outside NIZU. People outside NIZU never need an account: they get a link and a one-time code by email.

Who can use it

Administrators can do everything. To let other team members send documents, open Settings → Roles, choose a role and tick what it may do under NIZU Sign: send documents (they see their own), see every document, cancel and delete anyone's documents, manage templates.

Settings

Open Settings → NIZU Sign to:

• show Send for signature on Contracts, Proposals and Estimates (each one separately, off by default);
• choose how many days people have to sign (30 by default) and how often they are reminded (every 3 days by default);
• choose how long signed documents are kept (10 years by default).
