Amazing Forms does not keep answers to itself: each answer can create a record in the modules your team already works in.
| Module | What an answer does there |

| Leads | Creates a lead with its contact (name, email, phone, company, address, custom fields), owned by the person you choose, with all the answers as a note. If the same email answers again, it can add to that lead instead of creating a duplicate — filling only fields that are empty. |
| Support tickets | Opens a ticket of the type you choose, with the answers as its first message and any attached files as links. A known client is recognised by email. |
| Tasks | Adds a task on a project, or on the lead the same form just created, assigned to a team member or to the lead owner, with a deadline. |
| Notifications | The people who follow new leads, tickets and tasks are notified exactly as when the record is made by hand. |
| Clients | Creates a client with its contact, or — from a personal link you send — updates that client's details (only the fields you allow; the email address never changes). |
| Invoices | A Payment question bills its price to the client: a normal, numbered invoice, paid right after the form on your invoice payment page with the payment methods you already use. |
| Appointments (App) | A "Book a time" question shows the free times of a service and books the one the person picks, with Appointments' own confirmation emails and calendar sync. |
| NizuEvents (App) | Sends every answer as JSON to an endpoint — n8n, Make, Zapier or your own system — with a log of every call. |
| Marvin and AI Reports | Marvin builds and edits forms, answers questions about the results and lets people fill a form in a chat (Telegram, WhatsApp, Marvin). Answers are part of AI Reports → All business data. |
