On the Logic tab, add a rule after a question: "If the answer is A mobile app, then jump to the budget question". You can also end the form early or add up a score.
On the Where answers go tab, choose Create a lead, Open a support ticket or Add a task, then pick which question fills which field. A sentence at the bottom says in plain words what will happen. A lead can be updated when the same email answers again: only empty fields are filled, nothing already there is overwritten.
Choose the language of the form, its colour and buttons, a progress bar, whether people may answer only once, and a closing date or a maximum number of answers for events with limited seats.
Ready-made: Paid event registration and Simple order.
Ready-made: Book a call.
Add an endpoint in the NizuEvents App, then Send to a webhook under Where answers go. Every answer is posted as JSON to n8n, Make, Zapier or your own system, and NizuEvents keeps a log of every call.
Ready-made: Quick poll and Team vote.
On a multiple-choice or poll question, choose what the options show: letters (A, B, C), an icon each (type a Font Awesome icon name such as pizza-slice) or a picture each (click the square next to an option and choose a picture). People can still press the letter keys to answer.
Ready-made: Verified petition and Team vote.
Choose the form's language in Design & settings. Everything the person sees — buttons, messages, errors — is in that language. Amazing Forms is available in all 13 languages of NIZU.
