Installing the Organigram app takes just a few clicks. You need administrator access to the NIZU WorkSpace.
During activation the app creates its own storage table in your WorkSpace database and seeds an empty company organigram. No other data is changed.
By default only administrators can design the organigram. To let your HR team (or any other role) edit it, open Settings → Team Members → Roles, edit the relevant role, and enable the “Design & edit the company organigram” permission under the Organigram section.
Deactivating the app hides it. Uninstalling removes the app's own organigram table from the WorkSpace database. Your staff, teams and profiles are never affected, because the organigram only references that data — it never owns it.
