What is the NIZU Organigram app?

NIZU Organigram is an organizational-chart application for the NIZU Cloud WorkSpace. It lets an administrator design the company organigram (also called an org chart, organizational chart or organization diagram) directly from the team that already exists in NIZU — no re-typing names, no external tool, no spreadsheet.

What does it do?

• Turns your existing staff (from Team Management) into draggable cards you arrange into a reporting hierarchy.
• Uses a visual drag-and-drop editor (built on VueFlow) so you connect each person to their supervisor by drawing a line between them.
• Shows each employee's teams as colored tags on their card, read live from the Teams module.
• Gives every staff member a read-only Organigram tab inside their own profile, where their own card is highlighted so they instantly see where they sit and who their direct supervisor is.
• Stays in sync automatically: when a staff member is deactivated they disappear from the chart, and renames, new photos or team changes appear the next time the chart is opened.

Who is it for?

It is designed for administrators and HR teams who need a clear, always-current picture of the company structure, and for every employee who wants to understand the organization and their place in it. Editing is restricted to authorized people (admins and roles such as HR); viewing the organigram is available to all staff through their profile.

Why use an organigram inside NIZU?

Because the data is already in NIZU. A standalone org-chart tool means maintaining a second copy of your people data that drifts out of date. The NIZU Organigram app reads staff, job titles, photos and teams straight from your WorkSpace database, so the chart reflects reality without extra maintenance. Each WorkSpace keeps its own private database, so your organigram is never shared with any other company.
