The Settings tab of the design board holds everything about the App as a whole. It has six parts.
The App's name and icon; where it appears (the main menu for your team, under Settings → Apps for admin tools, or only in the list of built Apps); its description; documentation links; and screenshots chosen from its Assets.
The App's own menu as a tree: drag pages into order and under one another (one level of sub-items).
Every App has its own Settings page for its administrators, with Notifications always first. Here you add sections of details they fill in a company address, a default rate, the email that receives orders. For each setting choose a name, a kind (text, number, amount, yes / no, choice, email, phone, date, picture), a starting value and whether it is required. Use it anywhere as {settings.name}: in messages, documents and automatic steps. Open the Settings page shows it as they will.
In the App, its administrators (and roles given Manage its Settings) open Settings from its menu: they switch each notification on or off, choose who on their team receives it, use their own wording and change its daily limit, and fill in the sections you designed. What they set is kept when the App is redesigned, updated or sent to another workspace.
For each role, what people may do on each screen: add, see, edit, delete. Administrators can always do everything; it is the same as in Settings → Roles. Switch on Available in the client portal to open the App to your clients and tick what they may do; each client sees only their own company's records.
Every text of the App in every language of your workspace: change any of them to your own wording. Texts whose English did not change keep their translations when the App is edited.
