Appointments: the public booking page can now be tailored. Under Appointments → Settings → Booking page, each of the six visitor details (full name, email, phone, organisation, meeting purpose, session overview) has its own pair of switches: whether it is shown at all, and whether the visitor has to fill it in.
Appointments: a new Custom fields tab lets you add your own questions to the booking page — text, dropdown, options to pick from, date, phone number, web address or long text. Each one can be made required, given a hint and placed where you want it in the form.
Appointments: the answers to your own questions are shown on the appointment, both to your team and on the visitor’s own booking link.
Updates
Appointments: the booking page marks required fields with an asterisk and refuses an incomplete booking on the server as well as in the browser, naming exactly which answers are missing.
Appointments: existing workspaces keep the booking form they already had — every field stays visible and required exactly as before until you change it.
Fix
Appointments: the visitor’s booking confirmation no longer shows an empty Meeting purpose panel when that field is not being asked for.
