Help and Knowledge base categories can now carry their own icon and colour. Edit a category (Settings → Help / Knowledge base → Categories) and pick any Font Awesome 7 Pro icon and one of the thirteen workspace colours — the same picker used for the sidebar menu. Both are optional: a category with nothing chosen still gets a folder icon and a colour of its own.

The Help and Knowledge base side navigation is now the same navigation people already know from the NIZU sidebar: tap a category to step into it, with a back button to step out, its sub categories and articles shown as one clean list of coloured rows instead of a folding folder tree. It replaces the old lateral menu everywhere — the internal Help centre, the client Knowledge base and the developer / API documentation layouts.
Typing in the Knowledge base search box now also filters the categories in the side navigation instantly, each match showing the path it lives under. Press Enter to run the full article search as before.
On a computer the Help and Knowledge base navigation is now fixed in place: it sits directly under the top bar, fills the whole height of the screen below it, and does not move at all while you read the article. A long list of categories scrolls inside the panel itself instead of running off the bottom of the page. On a phone it stays as it was, one card above the article.
The top bar of the public pages — the Store, the Knowledge base and the request forms — has been redesigned to match the nizu.io website. It is now a single rounded bar that floats over the page: see-through while you are at the top, turning into frosted glass with a soft shadow as soon as you scroll, so the page slides underneath it instead of being pushed down by a white strip. The page you are on is marked in the menu, and the two separate sign in / sign up links have been replaced by a single Login button — a solid pill with a padlock icon that inverts to white in dark mode.
On a phone or a tablet the public menu now opens as a full-height panel that slides in from the side, with your logo, the menu and the Login button, and closes with the Escape key, the close button or a tap outside it. It replaces the old drop-down strip.
