Appointments: a booking payment can now be turned into a real invoice. On Appointments → Payments, and on the appointment itself, a new action creates a normal invoice for the service that was booked — numbered, taxed and stored with all your other invoices.
Appointments: when you invoice a payment you either pick a client you already have, or let NIZU create one from what the visitor typed when booking — company name, country, phone — and add the person who booked as its contact, so the invoice has somebody to be sent to.
Appointments: if the booking was already paid, the invoice can be settled in the same step. The payment is recorded on the invoice with the day the money actually arrived and a note naming the payment provider, so nobody is asked to pay twice.
Appointments: the payments list has an Invoice column, and a payment that has already been invoiced offers a link to that invoice instead of offering to create a second one.
Updates
Appointments: once a booking has been invoiced, it stays linked to that client, so the next payment of the same person suggests the right client straight away.
