Restrict Subscription Visibility by Country

NIZU lets you control which countries your subscription plans are visible to. This is useful when you offer region-specific pricing, operate in select markets, or need to comply with local regulations.

Note: Subscriptions are only visible to logged-in clients. Visitors who are not signed in will not see subscription items regardless of country settings.

How to Configure Allowed Countries

1. Go to Sales → Items.
2. Find the subscription item you want to restrict and click Edit.
3. Make sure the item type is set to Subscription.
4. Locate the Allowed Countries field on the right side of the edit form.
5. Start typing a country name and select it from the dropdown. Repeat to add multiple countries.
6. Save your changes.

Only clients whose account country matches one of the selected countries will see this subscription in the client portal.

Default Behavior

If no countries are selected in the Allowed Countries field, the subscription remains visible to clients from all countries.

Example Use Case

You offer a "NIZU Enterprise" plan at a regional rate only available to clients in Belgium and the Netherlands. By selecting only those two countries in the Allowed Countries field, clients from other regions will not see that plan when browsing the client portal.
