Shopify: the Shopify App is now available to every workspace in Settings → Apps. Connect one or more Shopify stores and NIZU keeps products, stock, customers, orders, fulfilments, refunds and payouts in step with them. You do not need an app of your own in Shopify: sign in with your store and NIZU connects it for you.
Store: your clients can now rate products from 1 to 5 stars and write a review at the end of each product page, with photos for standard products. Reviews of people who ordered the product are marked as a verified purchase, and the average rating also shows in search results. Switch it on in Settings → Store → Reviews and ratings; by default every review waits for your approval, which you give, hide or delete right on the product page.
Updates
Shopify: when a store sign-in link has expired or was already used, you now see a clear page explaining how to start again, instead of a line of text.
Shopify: when customers sync both ways, a client's address changed in NIZU is now sent to Shopify as that customer's default address. Other addresses the customer saved in Shopify are left alone, and an empty address in NIZU never erases the one in Shopify.
Shopify: orders of a store that is not connected no longer offer to ship, edit or cancel, since those go through Shopify; a disconnected store's page now has a Connect again button, and its import buttons wait until it is connected again.
Shopify: a store whose sign-in was started but never finished no longer says it is waiting for approval forever; after 30 minutes it shows Sign-in not finished, with Connect again next to it.
When you open a screen your account cannot use, or a page that does not exist, you now see a clear, friendly page in the app's new look, in light and dark mode, explaining why it may have happened and what to do next, with buttons to go back or to the dashboard. Technical error codes are no longer shown.
Fix
Shopify: order and product statuses are now easy to read in dark mode, the buttons at the end of each order are no longer cut off, and on a phone an order's store and a product's variant are no longer run together with its name.
Shopify: when NIZU's Shopify sign-in is not available, Connect a store now says so and offers to use your own Shopify app, instead of sending you to a page that does not exist and leaving the store waiting.
Dark mode: the button that shows or hides a password no longer has a white outline.
Shopify: the Try again button in Activity → Queue is now an icon like the other row buttons, so it no longer stands out as a bright block in dark mode.
Store: product pictures are no longer stretched out of shape, and on a wide screen the product cards keep a sensible size instead of growing across the whole page.
