Store: AI assistants can now shop for your customers. An assistant reads your product catalogue, prepares a cart and sends your customer a link. Your customer sees exactly what was picked, adds it to their cart with one button and checks out as usual. The assistant can never place the order or pay.
Store: your public catalogue is now also available in a format AI assistants can read, with prices, availability, pictures and categories.
Search engines: your workspace now publishes a sitemap and a robots file, so Google and other search engines find every public page, including every product of your store.
Store: a product feed for Google Shopping and Meta (Facebook and Instagram shops). Give the address yourworkspace/store/feed.xml to Google Merchant Center or Meta Commerce Manager and your products, prices, pictures and stock appear there and stay up to date. Products without a picture are left out, because those shops do not accept them.
Store: share your cart. The new Share button in the cart copies a link; whoever opens it sees the same products and quantities and can add them to their own cart with one click.
Agents: your AI agents (and Claude, through your NIZU connection) can now prepare a store cart for a client and give you or them the link to it. The agent checks each product first and tells you what is not in the store, sold out or limited by stock. It never places the order.
Store: state your return policy in Settings → Store → Returns (how many days, who pays the return shipping, a link to the full policy). It is shown on every product page and given to Google and to AI assistants, so shoppers see it before they buy. Until you choose one, nothing is shown.
Items: a new Insights tab in every product and service shows how it sells: units sold, revenue, number of clients, the last sale, a 12-month sales chart, the margin, the stock on hand and its value, active subscriptions, open estimates and store orders, plus the list of every invoice it is on. Only people who can see all invoices see it.
Updates
Items: adding or editing a product or service is now a clear, step-by-step sheet in the new look: details, price and stock, and where it is sold each have their own tab, every optional field is marked, the margin is worked out as you type, and if something required is missing the sheet opens the tab where it is.
Store: categories are now tabs at the top of the store, each with its number of products, and every category has its own page and address you can share. Searching keeps you inside the category you are in.
Store: the store and each category now appear properly in Google and other search engines, with their own title, description and list of products, and visitors can search your store straight from a search result. Clicking a product's name or picture now opens its page.
Store: search engines and AI assistants now see who sells your products: your company name, logo, address, VAT number and website appear with the store and on every product page, taken from your company details.
Agents: the list of items an agent reads now says which ones are for sale in your online store.
Store: product pictures in the store are now real images with the product name as their description, so they can appear in Google Images and are read out by screen readers. Pictures further down the page load only when you scroll to them, so the store opens faster.
Store: AI assistants that work with tools can now load your store as a set of ready-made actions (search the catalogue, prepare a cart link), described in a standard format they read automatically.
Store: shoppers can now sort the store by name, price (low to high or high to low) or newest first. The choice stays when they change category, search or load more products, and the link can be shared.
Store: AI assistants can now ask your catalogue for the cheapest or newest products, for products within a price range, or only for products in stock.
Store: the cart an AI assistant prepares now shows the subtotal, each tax and the total before your customer adds it, exactly as their cart will. The assistant can also check that total, and what cannot be ordered, before it sends the link.
Fix
Store: adding a product to the cart no longer fails when the store shows prices in another currency and no exchange rate is known yet; the product is added at its normal price.
