How to install CoWork
Before you start: CoWork needs the Providers App, where its vendors are kept. Install and activate Providers first. If it is missing, the Apps page does not activate CoWork and tells you which App to install; under CoWork in the list you see Needs: Providers, with a check mark once it is active.
Go to Settings.
Open Apps.
Search for "CoWork".
Click Install.
Click Activate.
After activating
Open Workspace → CoWork → Today. The first time, the set-up wizard Set up your coworking space opens. It has five short steps, and you can change everything later:
1. Your place the name of your space, the location, its address and opening hours.
2. Floors and comforts your floors (separated with commas), the amenities members get and the Wi-Fi details.
3. Your spaces how many hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms and phone booths. CoWork names them for you.
4. Your prices the five ready-made plans. Change the prices, or switch off what you do not offer.
5. Open the doors switch on your public page and online sign-up. Click Save and open Today.
Give your team access under Team → Roles. CoWork has five permissions: see the coworking space; front desk (mail and parcels, visitors, bookings, orders, issues); members (add members, change memberships, give notice, hand out access); set up (locations, spaces, plans, services, vendors and events); and billing (bill extras, manage deposits and charges).
Check Settings → Apps settings → CoWork: the service agreement and house rules, the payment term, the tax on CoWork invoices, your bank details and what members can do in their portal.
Install already added five plans (Day pass, Hot desk, Dedicated desk, Private office, Virtual office) and the usual services, so you can sign up your first member straight away.
