What is the NIZU CoWork App?
CoWork is coworking space management software inside NIZU Cloud WorkSpace. It lets a company run a coworking space hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, event spaces and day passes from the same workspace where it already keeps its clients, contracts, subscriptions and invoices.
In one sentence
CoWork is a coworking App you install and use the same day: a public page with online sign-up, a member portal for the phone, a front desk for mail, visitors and issues, and billing that turns memberships and extras into normal NIZU invoices.
A service, not a lease
A coworking membership is sold as a service: every member signs a service agreement with your house rules, not a rental lease. That keeps notice periods short and, in most countries, puts the standard VAT rate on every line. (Renting out property under a lease is a different job CoWork does not try to do it.)
Your members are your clients
A member company or freelancer is an ordinary NIZU client, and the people who work there are its contacts. So members get invoices, the client portal and a place in your CRM without anything extra to set up, and every client page has a CoWork tab showing what that client rents.
Install and go
Ready on install. Five plans Day pass, Hot desk, Dedicated desk, Private office and Virtual office and the usual services (barista coffee, lunch box, breakfast, meeting snacks and drinks, black-and-white and colour prints, drinks at the bar) are added for you.
A five-minute set-up. The first time you open CoWork, the wizard Set up your coworking space asks five things: your place, floors and comforts, how many spaces of each kind, your prices, and whether to open the doors to online sign-up.
Almost nothing else needed. CoWork uses the core modules every workspace has, plus the Providers App for its vendors. Other Apps, such as WhatsApp, only add to it when they are installed.
What it does
Public page and online sign-up. Your locations, plans, photos, amenities, meeting rooms and events on one page. People choose a plan and a free space, fill in their details, show an ID when the plan includes a business address, sign the agreement with a finger and pay the first invoice including a refundable deposit. People who want to look first click Book a tour; each request becomes a lead.
Member portal, made for the phone. Members book meeting rooms using the hours included in their plan each month, see the mail waiting for them, order coffee, lunch or prints, announce a visitor, report an issue, sign up for events, see their plan and invoices, and give notice.
Front desk. A mail and parcel log that tells the member by e-mail and WhatsApp and takes a signature at hand-over; visitor check-in that tells the host; a floor plan that shows what is free, taken or booked right now; issues that can be charged to the member's invoice or taken out of the deposit; and a list of your vendors.
Billing. The monthly fee is a core subscription. Everything on top meeting-room hours over the plan, orders, damage is gathered and invoiced in one go. Deposits are held as a guarantee (not income) and given back with any deductions explained.
Events. Talks, keynotes and community evenings with their own public sign-up page, or for members only.
Today. One screen with occupancy, today's room bookings, mail waiting, visitors expected, open issues, orders to deliver and members about to start or leave.
Who is it for?
Independent coworking spaces, business centres, flexible office operators, incubators and startup hubs, and any company with spare desks or rooms it wants to offer to freelancers and small teams especially those who want their coworking, their CRM and their accounting in one place.
Why NIZU CoWork
Members, contracts, subscriptions and invoices are the ones your workspace already uses no syncing with another system.
Online payment uses the payment gateways your workspace already has.
Questions such as "how many room hours did members use last month?" can be asked in AI Reports, together with your invoices and other modules.
Every NIZU workspace has its own database: your members' data is not shared with anyone else.
