RentOp: enquiries from the website are listed on the Leases page; one click makes a lease for that person and turns the lead into a client.
RentOp: each property has a Costs tab add cleaning, repairs or utilities without leaving the property; they are saved as ordinary expenses and the reports show what each property really earns.
RentOp: add a cost to a stay (for example a repair after the guests left) straight from the booking.
Updates
RentOp: a new client can be added with the + next to the client field while making a booking or a lease, without leaving the form.
RentOp: a property's details are now shown one part at a time (Listing, Where, Space, Stay rules, Long-term) instead of one long page.
RentOp: the occupancy report shows the costs and the net result of each property.
RentOp: a new supplier can be added with the + next to the supplier field while adding a cost.
RentOp: the lease form is now two short steps: who and where, then rent and terms.
RentOp: amenities are switched on and off with simple tap chips, and "See on the website" sits with the property's tabs.
RentOp: each booking and lease has an "In NIZU" card to open the client, send or download the invoice, and add a task, ticket, note or cost without leaving the page.
RentOp: a booking from Airbnb or another channel can be linked to a client (or a new one added) from the booking page.
RentOp: new property types for business rentals: office, parking lot, storage, warehouse, sport club, farm and industrial lot.
RentOp: a phone or walk-in enquiry can be added from the Leases page; it is saved as a lead and can become a lease in one step.
RentOp: the dashboard has a Quick add card for a booking, a lease, an enquiry, a client or a cost, all without leaving the page.
RentOp: offices, parking lots, storage and other business spaces no longer ask for guests, bedrooms or beds; the website shows their size instead. Each property type can be marked as a place people stay in or a space.
RentOp: a review of 3 stars or less can be followed up as a support ticket for that guest, and the guest's name opens the stay.
RentOp: booking an office, a parking spot or another space no longer asks for adults, children or a guest list, and needs no tourist registration number.
RentOp: property types are shown in your language.
RentOp: when closing nights in the calendar for works or a repair, a task for the team can be made at the same time.
RentOp: a lead's page in Leads has a Homes tab showing the homes they asked about, with the lease one click away; a lead can also be linked to another home from there.
RentOp: reports and the AI assistant can now tell homes from business spaces, and the guest register export only lists stays in homes.
RentOp: each home rented by the month has an Enquiries tab with its interested people and a New enquiry button.
RentOp: page titles on the dashboard, calendar, property, booking and lease pages are easier to read in dark mode.
RentOp: a missing expense category, tax, lead source or property type can be added with the + next to its field, without leaving the form.
RentOp: on a phone, a booking or lease shows its "In NIZU" actions right after the price, and a property's details sections all fit on the screen.
RentOp: in Settings → Agreements each agreement text is one line saying whether the standard or your own text is used; the editor opens with "Edit the text", and the standard text keeps its paragraphs.
RentOp: the reports' month picker shows month names ("October 2026") instead of dates.
RentOp: a client's "Stays & leases" tab has New booking and New lease buttons, already set to that client.
RentOp: choosing a client in a booking fills in the guest's name, e-mail, phone and country from the client's contact.
RentOp: a payment recorded by hand has a "Received on" date, so a transfer from last week is dated last week on the stay and on its invoice.
RentOp: when a paid stay is cancelled and a refund is due, the booking page offers "Make a credit note" for its invoice, and shows the credit note once it exists.
RentOp: in the Bookings and Leases lists, each row now links to its client, its property and its invoice.
Fix
RentOp: bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels no longer show an amount to pay or a payment page to the guest, since the channel collects the money.
RentOp: "New lease" could open an existing lease instead of an empty form once a lease existed; it now always starts a new one.
RentOp: a lease's page said the guest signs the agreement on their booking page; it now says the tenant signs it on their lease page.
RentOp: recording a payment of more than what is still to pay is refused (it used to overpay the stay and its invoice).
RentOp: a stay can no longer be booked for more than a year or more than two years ahead; a very long stay used to block only part of its nights.
RentOp: a long fixed lease (for example a 9-year office lease) now keeps its whole term blocked in the calendar; its last years could be booked before.
RentOp: nights can be closed by hand for at most two years at once.
RentOp: the rental website now shows your workspace's favicon in the browser tab and on phone home screens.
