New App CoWork: run a coworking space desks, private offices, meeting rooms and day passes, sold as a service with a signed agreement. Install it and a five-minute set-up builds your first location, its spaces and your prices. It works with the Providers App, where your vendors (catering, internet, printer repair, cleaning…) are kept.
CoWork gives your space its own public page that works on any phone: people see your plans, book a tour, or sign up online they choose a desk or office, sign the agreement with their finger and pay the first invoice with the deposit.
CoWork shows your space with photos and videos: every location, room, desk, office and service can have its own gallery on the public page upload from your phone (large videos too) or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and visitors swipe through them full screen.
CoWork turns visitors, guests who book a room and people who sign up for an event into leads with one click, so your sales team can follow up someone who is already a lead or a client is recognised and never added twice.
CoWork works with your Tasks and Calendar: turn any reported issue into a task with one click (it is resolved when the task is done), and your coworking events appear in the team calendar.
CoWork members get their own portal: book meeting rooms with the hours included in their plan, see the mail waiting for them, order coffee or lunch, announce visitors, report an issue and join events.
CoWork's front desk logs letters and parcels (members are told at once, by e-mail and WhatsApp), checks visitors in, keeps a floor plan of who sits where, tracks repairs and damage, and holds deposits until members leave.
New App RentOp: rent out your holiday apartments, houses and rooms from your own booking website, with online payment through Stripe or Mollie.
RentOp keeps one calendar for all your properties and reads your Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars, so the same nights are never sold twice.
RentOp prices every stay with seasons, weekend prices, extra guests, long-stay discounts, cleaning fees, VAT and the tourist tax, and makes the invoice for it.
RentOp also manages long-term leases: the property is blocked for the tenant and the rent is invoiced every month by itself.
RentOp sends the confirmation, payment reminders, arrival instructions and a review request, creates the cleaning task when a guest leaves, and lets guests sign the rental agreement online.
RentOp reports the tourist tax collected and the guest register for the police, and shows the tourist registration number required by EU rules on every listing.
Ask Marvin who arrives tomorrow or whether a property is free on some dates, and add RentOp tiles to your dashboard.
Updates
CoWork: the client page, agreement, invoice and subscription of a member, and a supplier's page, open in a new tab so you keep your place, and only show to people allowed to open them.
CoWork billing: "Bill now" keeps you on the Billing screen and offers to open the new invoice.
CoWork member portal: the Invoices button shows how many invoices are still to pay, and a Support button opens your support tickets.
CoWork: announce an event in one click an announcement is prepared with the date, place and sign-up link, and you choose who sees it before it goes out.
CoWork: the Today screen also lets you add a task, a support ticket or an invoice without leaving it.
CoWork: while adding a member you can create a missing plan or location on the spot, without losing what you typed.
CoWork: registering a visitor and adding a service are now short, two-step forms; a visitor can come for any client, and you can add a new client on the spot.
CoWork: placing an order is shorter (delivery details are an optional second step), works for any client and lets you add a new client on the spot; orders of a supplier's service let you record that supplier's bill.
CoWork: an invoice, estimate or contract made from a member's page no longer takes you away from it; a message offers to open the new document.
CoWork: a member's page shows the member's people next to the seats of their plan, and you can add a person (who can then sign in) without leaving the page.
CoWork: write notes about a member right on the member's page; they are the same notes you see on the client.
CoWork: a member's page now also shows that member's invoices and support tickets, each one a click away.
CoWork: record a supplier's bill straight from Vendors or from an issue, with the supplier already chosen, and see how much was spent with each supplier this year.
Clients: a client picker can now add a new client on the spot with the [+] at its end the client form opens over the one you are filling and the new client is chosen for you, so nothing you typed is lost.
Apps: an App that needs another App now says so. Settings → Apps shows what each App needs, with a check mark once it is active; activating an App without them is refused and names the Apps to install first, and an App that another active App needs cannot be switched off by mistake.
Fix
CoWork member portal: the Invoices button no longer appears for members who are not allowed to see invoices.
Announcements: an announcement first saved without choosing who sees it now notifies people when you share it later.
CoWork: yellow and blue status labels (New, Open, Waiting, Expected, Held…) were hard to read; they now use dark text, in light and dark mode.
CoWork: the public pages now show your workspace's icon in the browser tab and on an iPhone home screen.
Expenses: adding an expense from another screen (for example from an App) no longer reloads that whole screen.
