AI App Design works with these parts of NIZU WorkSpace:
Team Members: an App can link a record to a team member (for example "who drives this car") and notify them. Only active staff are offered.
Clients: an App can link a record to a client and notify its main contact or all its contacts. In the client portal, each client sees only their own records. Staff only see the clients their role allows.
Leads: an App can link a record to a lead and email or message its contacts, with a link to stop those emails.
Projects: an App can link a record to a project. Staff who cannot manage all projects only see their own.
Tasks and Notes: an App can create tasks and notes when records change, and update or close the ones it created. They follow the Tasks module's own rules and notifications.
Notifications (the bell): App notifications reach team members and client contacts in the NIZU bell.
Email: App emails go out through the workspace's email settings, with designed documents attached as PDF.
Marvin and WhatsApp: App notifications reach people on Telegram (those who linked it through Marvin) and on WhatsApp (people who agreed to it in the inbox, and phone numbers through the workspace's WhatsApp connection).
SVG Editor: drawings made there can become document backgrounds.
AI Reports: every published App's data appears in AI Reports → All business data, to report on it together with invoices, projects and tickets.
Roles and permissions (Settings → Roles): who may design Apps, what each role may do on each screen of each App, and who manages each App's Settings.
AI settings (Settings → AI): AI App Design uses the workspace's AI provider, with its own operation so its cost can be tracked separately.
Main menu and Settings: published Apps appear in the left menu or under Settings → Apps.
Other NIZU workspaces: an App can be sent to another workspace with a transfer code, as a delivery or a hand-over.
An App never changes your clients, leads, projects or team members, and it only updates tasks and notes it created itself. Other systems reach an App's records only through the API keys you create for that App.
