What is AI App Design?
AI App Design is a NIZU WorkSpace App that lets you build your own business Apps by describing them in plain words. You write what you want to keep track of, and an AI designer turns it into a working App inside your NIZU WorkSpace: its own menu, lists, forms, boards, calendars, charts, printable documents, notifications and settings, in every language of your workspace. You then refine it by chatting or with visual editors, and publish it to your team, your clients, or another workspace.
Who is it for?
For companies that need a tool the standard modules do not cover: a vehicle fleet, an equipment loan log, a warehouse and transport hub, an inspection checklist, a request and approval process, a booking register. Instead of buying another subscription or hiring a developer, someone in the team describes the App and the team starts using it the same day. Workspace administrators decide who may design Apps, and only they publish.
What can an App do?
Keep any kind of information: text, numbers, amounts, dates and times, choices and several choices, stages with colours, yes / no, star ratings, email and phone, pictures and files, automatic reference numbers (JOB-0042), calculations and totals of linked records.
Link records together: an order to its supplier, a job to its visits, and to your NIZU clients, leads, projects and team members.
Show it the way the work needs: searchable lists with filters and export, forms (in steps or tabs for long ones), order lines inside a form, record pages with related lists, comments and history, boards by stage, calendars, dashboards and charts.
Add what is missing on the spot: a [+] next to every linked field adds a new supplier or product without leaving the form.
Print real documents: delivery notes, job sheets, labels, designed on a sheet of paper and printed as a PDF, one record or many at once.
Notify the right people: by email, the NIZU bell, Telegram or WhatsApp, to your team, your clients, your leads or any address, when a record is created, changes, or a date comes near.
Work by itself: create tasks and notes, update fields, create records, ask for approvals, make documents, call other systems.
Have its own Settings page where its administrators switch notifications on or off, choose who receives them, and fill in details the App uses (a company address, a default rate).
Open to other systems through its own API, with keys per App and signed calls when records change.
Report on its data together with invoices, projects and tickets in AI Reports.
Travel: send an App to another NIZU workspace with a transfer code, as a delivery you keep updating or as a full hand-over.
Is it safe?
Yes, by design. The AI never writes software: it only produces a description of the App, which NIZU checks against strict rules before saving, and a person publishes it. Apps run inside your own workspace database, cannot read files on the server, and see your clients, projects and team members only through the permissions your team already has. Every file and picture is checked to be what it claims; drawings are cleaned of anything that could run. Deleting a record can be undone, removing a field never deletes its data, and every version of the design is kept. Emails to people outside your team carry a link to stop them, every message is logged, and each notification has a daily limit.
How is it different from other no-code tools?
The Apps you build live inside the workspace where your team already manages projects, invoices, tasks, clients and leads. There is no separate account, no data sync and no extra login: an App links straight to your NIZU records, follows your roles and languages, uses your email and WhatsApp connections, and shows up in AI Reports next to the rest of your business.
