What is the NIZU Warehouse App?

Warehouse is a container depot, tank terminal, transport and inventory system inside NIZU Cloud WorkSpace. It keeps track of every container, ISO tank container and storage tank on your site, every truck that comes and goes, and every item on your shelves and shows the whole yard live as an isometric 3D picture.

Four kinds of business, one App

• Container and ISO tank depot. Gate units in and out, check the ISO 6346 container number, stack them in bays, rows and tiers, track load state, cleanliness, last cargoes and the 2.5-year and 5-year test dates.
• Tank terminal. Storage tanks with product, level, temperature and safe fill limit. Receipts, deliveries, transfers between tanks and loading of ISO tanks, with a high-level alarm before a tank overfills.
• Transport. Bookings, trips with pickup and delivery stops, trucks and drivers, a driver page on the phone with proof of delivery and signature, and the price of every trip.
• Inventory. Items in folders, barcodes and QR labels, stock counts, pick lists, purchase orders from low stock, tools checked out to jobs, and a monthly stock snapshot.

What makes it different

• See your yard. The site plan you draw becomes a live isometric view: containers, ISO tanks, storage tanks with their fill level, and trucks driving to their slot.
• Every movement is recorded once. Each gate in, move, tank receipt or stock issue is written in a ledger that cannot be counted twice, even if someone presses the button again.
• Billing without retyping. Storage days, gate moves, cleaning, heating, repairs, throughput, tank rent and transport are priced from your rate card and become a normal NIZU invoice.
• Customers approve on their phone. A cleaning or repair estimate goes out as a link; the customer approves it without an account.
• Ask the AI. Ask Marvin "where is HOYU 123456-7?" or "how full is tank T3?", or tell it to gate a container in it asks you to confirm first. Connected AI tools (MCP) can read and update the yard too.
• Scan with any phone. Barcodes, QR labels and unit numbers open the right record at once and Read with AI (ChatGPT) turns a photo of a label, plate or delivery note into text.
• Your data stays in your workspace. Every NIZU workspace has its own database.
• In 13 languages. English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Russian, Greek, Turkish and Norwegian.
