Warehouse EDI: gate in and gate out reports (CODECO) go to shipping lines and tank operators by themselves every time one of their units passes the gate by e-mail, FTP / FTPS, a web address, or for them to download. A new Warehouse → EDI screen shows every message, why one failed, and lets you send it again.
Warehouse EDI: repair estimates (DESTIM) can go to the unit's owner by EDI too. Switch on "Repair codes (EDI)" in a repair estimate to give each line its location, component, damage and repair codes, size, labour hours and who pays; every time the estimate is saved for approval it is sent, and a changed estimate replaces the earlier one.
Warehouse release orders: shipping lines and tank operators can send release orders (COPARN) to their own private address, an FTP folder, or you upload the file or you type one in. At the gate, the booking number the haulier gives is checked against the release order (right units, right size type, still valid, not used up), and a partner can require a release before any of its units go out. New Inbox and Release orders tabs on the EDI screen.
Warehouse EDI now also speaks COREOR (release orders, read like COPARN), IFTDGN (dangerous goods notifications for loaded units with a UN-numbered product), CUSREP (truck arrivals and departures reported to customs) and APERAK (your partners' acceptances and rejections appear on each sent message, and you can confirm every release order they send). A partner can now be set up for every unit at your depots for customs or a port authority.
Warehouse Live 3D: see a whole site as a 3D picture you can turn and zoom stacks with every container and ISO tank, tanks filled up to their level, halls, the gate and today's trucks. It follows what happens live (a truck brings each unit in, the reach stacker carries moves), and glass panels show the figures, the truck's progress from planned to done, the units to check and the tanks. Click or search anything to fly to it and see its details.
Warehouse guide: a step-by-step guide sets up the whole App with you your site with a ready-made yard plan, a client, a product, your first unit through the gate, a tank, your prices, a driver and truck, a trip sent to the driver and a stock item. Once you have data, "Start a new cycle" walks one unit from arrival to service, transport and invoice, and only asks for what is new.
Warehouse tour and demo data: the first time you open Warehouse you can load a demo yard (units, tanks, a truck on its way, stock) and follow the logistics process in 8 short screens, ending with the apps that work with it Claude and ChatGPT, Telegram and WhatsApp, AI Reports, EDI and webhooks. Remove the demo in one click in the settings.
17 new Warehouse dashboard widgets for every role: gate today, trucks expected, yard occupancy, units to check, time in the yard, tests due, service orders, tank farm, throughput, trips, bookings to plan, transport margin, top clients, low stock, stock value, tools out and EDI messages. Add them with Edit dashboard → Add widget.
Warehouse Scan: a new full-screen scanner for phones. It reads barcodes, QR labels and unit numbers on iPhone and Android and opens the unit, stock item or tank at once with gate in, gate out, move, stock in and out, and counting by scanning. Read with AI turns a photo of a label, plate, unit door or delivery note into text, codes and details (with ChatGPT or another model chosen in Settings → AI).
Warehouse: finer permissions per role. Gate, moving units, tank work, services, transport, stock, counts, purchasing, EDI, rates, invoices and money figures can each be given on their own; ticking a whole group still gives everything in it.
Warehouse settings are now one card with tabs (General, Yard, Billing, Transport and EDI, Inventory, Appearance, Permissions) and new options: volume unit, a release-and-seal check before gate out, scanner beep and vibration, accent colour, compact density, 3D quality, the page Warehouse opens on and menu entries to hide.
Warehouse settings show which roles hold each permission.
Warehouse: put a unit on hold for customs, the shipping line, payment or damage. A unit on hold cannot leave the yard until the hold is released, and the hold stays on the unit's history.
Warehouse: record the VGM (verified gross mass, SOLAS) when a laden unit leaves; it is sent to the shipping line with the gate-out message, and the administrator can make it required.
Warehouse: an equipment interchange receipt (EIR) for every gate in and gate out, ready to print or save as PDF and sign, with the damaged sides of the unit marked at the gate.
Warehouse: Services has a board view drag a service order to start it, finish it, approve or decline its estimate, or cancel it.
Warehouse: a printable cleaning certificate (ECD) for every finished cleaning, with the previous cargoes of the unit.
Warehouse: a warning when a unit with dangerous goods is placed next to a unit whose dangerous-goods class must be kept apart from it (for example a flammable liquid next to an oxidizer).
Warehouse: storage free time per shipping line, and on every unit the day its free time ends or for how many days it has been costing.
Warehouse: a pre-trip check for drivers on the phone (tyres, lights, brakes, leaks, coupling, documents, ADR kit, load secured); defects show on the trip for the office, and the check can be made required before the first stop.
Warehouse: gate appointments book trucks into time slots per site, see how full each slot is, and have the gate mark them arrived by plate or reference; slot length, trucks per slot and opening hours in Settings.
Warehouse: take photos of the unit straight from the gate in and gate out forms; they are kept with the unit and printed on the interchange receipt.
Warehouse: make an estimate from a client’s work in a few taps service orders, transport, storage and gate moves already priced from their rates and see on each service order which estimate, proposal and invoice it is on.
Warehouse: proposals from a client’s work too, from the same window; estimate and proposal pages show the Warehouse work they cover, and bookings show the estimates and proposals they are on.
Warehouse: invoice finished service orders and transport straight from the work; the client’s tab shows the work not invoiced yet, and every invoice shows the Warehouse work on it.
Warehouse: Clients every client with something in your yard as a tile (units, tanks, open work, holds, free time over, work not invoiced), searchable and sortable by what needs attention; a tile opens the client on its Warehouse tab.
Warehouse: new tabs on the client’s page a one-screen Warehouse overview (with us, today, open, owed, last moves), Services, Transport and Documents (every EIR and cleaning certificate).
Updates
Warehouse sites have two new optional codes for EDI: the place's UN/LOCODE and the code your partners use for the depot.
Warehouse help: every screen of the Warehouse App now has its own detailed guide what it is for, step-by-step tasks, the rules you will meet and good practice.
Warehouse settings have a new, simpler look: grouped sections with switches and one line of help per setting.
Warehouse: every form and window has the iOS 26 look (large rounded fields, pill buttons) and opens as a sheet from the bottom on a phone.
Warehouse: units on hold are marked in the live yard and in Live 3D, with an "On hold" filter.
Warehouse: gate appointments on the dashboard, at the gate (the form says whether a truck is booked today or late) and for Marvin and AI assistants (read, book and cancel).
Warehouse: detention rates can be set per shipping line too, and better contrast in dark mode for the gate appointment slots and the help lines of the forms.
Warehouse: a short gate form option the optional extras fold under “More details”, and open by themselves for a damaged unit.
Warehouse: each site can have its own gate opening hours and number of trucks per appointment slot.
Warehouse: trip revenue, cost and margin, booking prices and service order prices now show only to people allowed to see money (or who set those prices); others see a dash.
Warehouse settings: a new Numbering tab lets you choose the letters in front of service order, purchase order, booking, trip and interchange receipt numbers (for example WO- instead of SO-).
Warehouse roles: a new “Does not see” choice keeps a role out of whole areas Warehouse clients, Transport, Inventory, EDI, or Prices and billing. The area disappears from that role’s menu, dashboard and client pages, and its pages are closed to it. The same goes for Marvin and for AI assistants connected to the workspace.
Warehouse guide: “Show me around” now has 10 screens new ones on your clients and on your team and settings, and the gate and billing screens now mention time slots, holds and estimates from work.
Fix
Warehouse inventory: checking a tool back in from a job now fills in that job, so the tool leaves the job's list of tools that are out.
Warehouse: deleting a site that still has units, or a tank that still holds product, now explains exactly what to do first.
Warehouse gate in: the litres in a loaded unit are now labelled "Litres in it" instead of "Capacity (litres)".
Side menu: on a detail page (a site, a stock count, a pick list, a client, …) the menu now stays on the section and entry the page belongs to instead of jumping back to the main menu.
Warehouse: lists, reports and billing now follow your local day and month (movements, stock reports, transport, services, Bill a month). Work done in the first hours of a day used to count for the day or the month before, and a draft invoice made just after midnight was dated the day before. The dates shown on service orders, holds, pick lists and the cleaning certificate follow your local day too.
Warehouse: adding a photo to an inventory item no longer needs the right to work on service orders the right to edit items is enough.
Warehouse: the free days of a detention rate can be set again in the rate form (the field was hidden for detention).
Warehouse: lists of service orders, purchase orders, bookings and trips now sort by number correctly (SO-1010 comes after SO-927).
Tabs: a page opened on a tab further along a long tab strip (for example a client opened on its Warehouse tab) now scrolls the strip so the selected tab is in view.
