New App: Warehouse run your container and ISO tank depots, tank storage terminals and warehouses in one place. Draw your yard plan, gate units in and out from your phone, and watch trucks, containers, ISO tanks and storage tanks move on a live 3D (isometric) view of your yard.
Warehouse: container numbers are checked as you type them, units are placed in the first free slot, and units with an expired test or the wrong last cargo cannot be filled.
Warehouse: storage tanks with product, level and a safe fill limit; receive, deliver and transfer product between tanks and ISO tanks.
Warehouse: your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT and other connected AI) can find units, read tank levels, report on your yard and gate units in and out for you.
Warehouse for tank terminals: record road tankers with their weighbridge ticket (litres are worked out from the product density), record dips and temperatures and correct the book level, see each tank's level over time, and a monthly throughput report per client and product.
Warehouse: you are notified when a storage tank comes close to its safe fill limit, and heated tanks glow on the live yard view.
Warehouse is available in all 13 languages, and your yard, tanks and movements can be used in AI Reports.
Warehouse depot services: cleaning, heating, repair and inspection orders for your units, with certificates attached. Finishing a cleaning makes the unit clean, a passed test moves its next test date, a repair marks it sound again and each order can also appear in Tasks.
Warehouse repair estimates: send your client a link where they see the estimate and approve or decline it without logging in. You are notified when they answer.
Warehouse billing: set your rates (storage per day with free days, gate moves, cleaning, heating, tests, tank throughput and tank rent, per client or for everyone) and turn a client's month into a draft invoice in one click. A month is never billed twice.
Warehouse on the client page: a new Equipment & stock tab shows the client's units, tanks and service orders, and lets you bill their month.
Warehouse transport: take your clients' transport bookings (a container or ISO tank, or a load by road tanker), plan trips with your own drivers and trucks or with a haulier, and see the revenue, cost and margin of every trip. The planner is warned about driving time, ADR for dangerous goods, tanker capacity and delivery windows.
Warehouse driver page: each trip has a link for the driver's phone, no login needed. Stop by stop the driver records arrivals and deliveries with the receiver's name, a signature, the CMR number and photos.
Warehouse gate: trucks expected today are shown above the live yard, and checking one in or out fills in the gate form from the trip.
Warehouse billing now also includes transport (with an optional fuel surcharge) and detention days for units kept by the client beyond their free days.
Warehouse inventory: keep track of goods, parts and tools in folders (halls, racks, shelves, vans), with photos, your own fields, a minimum level and a low-stock alert. Receive, take out, move, correct and check tools out to a job and back every change is kept in the item's history.
Warehouse inventory: print QR and barcode labels, and scan them with your phone's camera or a barcode scanner to find an item and change its stock.
Warehouse inventory: blind stock counts, pick lists, purchase orders made from the low-stock list in one click and received line by line, and jobs that show which tools are out.
Warehouse inventory reports: inventory summary, low stock, transactions, activity history, item flow, move summary, jobs, user activity, and a snapshot of the whole inventory at the end of every month (13 months kept).
Warehouse with Marvin: ask where a container is, how full a tank is, what is in stock or which trucks are on the road today and tell Marvin to gate a unit in or out, move it, or take stock in or out. Marvin always asks you to confirm first.
Warehouse dashboard tiles: units in the yard and how full it is, tank farm fill, trucks expected today, items below their minimum and open service orders.
Warehouse inventory: a received purchase order can be recorded as an expense in one click, in the category you choose.
Warehouse inventory: choose team members who get the monthly inventory snapshot by e-mail, with the full list attached as a spreadsheet file.
Warehouse gate photos: send Marvin a photo of a container or ISO tank with a caption like "in" or "out" and it reads the number (checked against its check digit), the truck plate and visible damage, then gates the unit in or out after you confirm. The photo is kept on the unit.
Warehouse transport boards: Trips and Bookings now have a Board tab drag a trip from Planned to Sent to the driver to On the road, or a booking from Draft to To plan, and drop a booking on Planned to put it on a trip.
Updates
New Logistics section in the left menu under Workspace. Warehouse, Transport and Inventory now open as menus with their pages listed, instead of a row of tabs on every page.
Webhooks (NizuEvents): you can now send gate moves, service orders, transport bookings, trip events and stock moves to your own systems.
Warehouse Fleet: drivers and trucks & trailers are now two tabs.
Isometric Schema: a drawn item can be linked to a Warehouse unit or storage tank to show its live status.
