Mollie: free trials of usage-based plans can now be paid automatically once the trial ends. At sign-up the client makes a small check payment (0.01 by default, refunded right away) to authorize it; what they use after the trial is then charged automatically. The check amount can be changed in the Mollie payment method settings.
