WhatsApp App: answer calendar invitations from your phone. When a colleague shares an event with you, you get a WhatsApp message with who invited you, the title, the day, the time and the place; reply "accept" or "decline" (in your own language, or with ) and your answer appears on the event, just like with its buttons. On by default for everyone who accepted WhatsApp notifications, and can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
WhatsApp App: comment on Timeline posts from your phone. If you switch on the Timeline alerts (WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications), they now say who posted and show the post itself; reply to the message and your comment is added to the post. Your Timeline permissions apply as they do in NIZU.
WhatsApp App: booking alerts for Appointments. The provider gets a WhatsApp message for every new booking the service, the customer, the day and the time. When a booking waits for approval, reply "approve" or "reject" to the message (in your own language) and it is done: the customer is told and gets the usual e-mail, just as from the Appointments screen. Deciding needs the permission to manage appointments. On by default, and can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
WhatsApp App: pause server monitoring from the alert. When NizuUptime reports a server down for example during planned maintenance reply "pause" to the WhatsApp message to stop monitoring that server (no more alerts), and "resume" to start again. For admins and team members who manage all settings, like the Uptime Monitor itself.
WhatsApp App: write "help" (or "hulp", "aide", "Hilfe", "ayuda"…) to the workspace number to see everything you can do from WhatsApp clocking in, adding to-dos, events, time and notes, asking for leave, sending receipts and documents, sharing a contact as a lead, and answering alerts with examples in your language. Only what you are allowed to use is listed.
WhatsApp App: add photos and files to tickets and tasks from your phone. Reply to a ticket, task or project comment alert with a photo, a PDF or a video with or without a caption and it is added to that ticket or task as a comment with the file attached. A photo sent this way is no longer mistaken for a receipt.
WhatsApp App: new-lead alerts. If you switch them on (WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications), the alert now shows the company, city, phone, the main contact, the lead status and source; reply to it "called them, they want a quote in November" and your reply is saved as a note on the lead. For team members who are allowed to manage that lead. Client alerts also show the city, phone and main contact now.
Updates
WhatsApp App: move a task's deadline from your phone. Reply to a task alert the overdue and due-soon reminders included with a day: "tomorrow", "friday", "next week", "+3" or a date. The deadline moves and the team is told, just as when you change it on the task. It follows the same rules as the task screen: you need the right to edit the task, and the deadline can't be before its start date. Works in every language of the app.
WhatsApp App: too many alerts of one kind? Reply "mute" to one of them and you stop getting that kind on WhatsApp only you, your colleagues keep theirs. Write "unmute" at any time to get everything back. The word works in every language of the app ("dempen", "stumm", "silenciar"…), and "help" now mentions it.
Marvin: his daily check-in, follow-ups and questions now also reach team members on WhatsApp when they are not on Telegram with the answers as a tap-to-answer poll, and your reply understood just like on Telegram. People on Telegram keep getting them there.
