WhatsApp App: hand a ticket or a task to a colleague from your phone. Reply to its alert with "assign to" and their name "assign to Maria", "toewijzen aan Pieter", "assigner à Zoé" and it is theirs, and they are told. The first name is enough when only one person has it; when several do, you are asked which one. You can pick the same people as on the ticket or task screen (for a project task: the project's team), and you need the right to edit it. "Take it" now also works on tasks.
