Set up my company: a guided wizard that prepares your whole workspace in a few minutes. Available in all 13 languages. Pick what your company does from 45 industries (software, consulting, law firm, veterinary, garage, restaurant, cleaning company, podcast studio and many more) and NIZU creates the right roles with their permissions, in the core and in your Apps. Open it from Settings → Set up my company, or from the card on your dashboard. Already set up? Hide the card from the wizard's first screen.
Set up my company: the wizard also installs the Apps your industry needs, fills in your company details from the EU VAT register, sets language, currency and your country's VAT rates, applies your logos, sets up invoice numbering, payment terms, bank account and the terms printed on every invoice, the client portal, e-mail sending, and invites your team, each person with their role.
Set up my company: link your Stripe or Mollie account in one click so clients can pay invoices online. No keys to copy; for Stripe, payment notifications are registered for you.
Set up my company: tell it whether you reconcile your bank yourself (installs the bank statements App) and whether an outside accountant keeps your books; they get their own read-only role and an invitation.
E-invoicing for France and Germany: invoice and credit note PDFs can now carry their structured data inside (Factur-X in France, ZUGFeRD in Germany, EN 16931). Belgium gets a corrected Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 template and Germany an XRechnung 3.0 template. The wizard switches the right one on for your country.
Clients (Germany): a Leitweg-ID field for public-sector clients, used as the buyer reference in XRechnung.
Updates
Mollie: besides an API key, the Mollie payment method can now work with an account linked through Mollie Connect.
Company: new fields for your IBAN and BIC, printed on e-invoices, and for the French SIREN number.
Fix
E-invoices (UBL): the company's city, postcode, country, IBAN and BIC could reach the XML as unfilled placeholders such as {COMPANY_IBAN}; they are now filled from the company.
Apps: an App whose installation reports an error is no longer marked as installed.
