Projects: project shapes. When you create a project you can now choose what kind of project it is (Software Development, Graphic Design, Infrastructure, Business, or your own). Each shape brings its own fields, task types, workflow statuses and templates. Switch it on in Settings → Modules → Project shapes. Standard projects work exactly as before.
Projects: templates. Start a new project from a template and its milestones, tasks, subtasks, checklists and dependencies are created for you, dated in working days from the start date. Each role in the template (Developer, Designer…) is given to a team member.
Projects: "Save as template" in a project's Actions menu turns any project into a template for the next ones.
Tasks: workflow gates. A shape can ask for information before a task may enter a status, for example acceptance criteria before "Ready". When something is missing, a window shows what, and you can fill it in right there. People with the new "Can override workflow gates" permission can move the task anyway; the override is recorded in the task history.
Tasks: task types (Feature, Bug, Change, Deliverable…) with their own fields, including checklists you can tick straight from the task.
Settings → Projects → Shapes & templates: manage shapes, their workflow, task types, fields, gates and templates. The NIZU shapes can be customised into your own copy and reset to the default at any time.
Graphic Design projects count revision rounds and warn when a deliverable goes past the included revisions, so extra work can be invoiced.
AI assistants (MCP): new tools to list project shapes and templates; creating projects and tasks accepts a shape, a template, task types and field values.
Projects: 24 ready-made templates. Software Development: Web App, Website, Mobile App, Desktop App, Server App, REST API, Microservice and IoT. Graphic Design: Brand Identity, Logo, Animation, Illustration, Print and Banner. Infrastructure: Server migration, New server setup, Security patching & upgrade, Disaster recovery test, and Network / DNS & SSL change. Business: Business initiative, Product launch, Client onboarding, Event, and Hiring a new role.
Projects: a guided new-project wizard for people who are not technical. "Help me choose" asks two plain questions. "Describe it" lets you write one sentence and the workspace AI suggests the setup; switch it on in Settings → AI → New project suggestion. A timeline shows the plan on real dates and warns when it runs past your deadline, and a last review step says in plain words what will be created.
Updates
Projects: the shape screens (the wizard, Settings → Shapes & templates, the gate window and the project and task details) have the iOS 26 look, in light and dark mode.
Gamify: in duels, a task of a project shape with a "Ready" step can only be staked once it passed that step. Bets already placed are never affected.
Reports, dashboards and overdue lists count a task in any "done" status of a project shape as finished.
Recurring tasks keep their task type and field values on every repeat, with checklists unticked.
