What is Amazing Forms?

Amazing Forms is a free form builder inside NIZU Cloud WorkSpace. It makes conversational forms — one question at a time, like Typeform — and sends every answer straight into your workspace: a new lead, a support ticket, a task for your team. There is no limit on forms or on answers, and nothing is behind a paid plan.

Question types

Short and long text, email, phone number, number, multiple choice (with an "Other" answer), dropdown list with search, yes / no, star rating, opinion scale (0–10 / NPS), date, consent, file upload, a pick from your products or the client's projects, payment, booking a time, polls with live results, pictures or icons on the options, and text-only screens.

Only real, verified people

A form can require people to confirm who they are with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Telegram before answering — one answer per person if you like — without signing them up for anything. Ideal for votes, petitions and registrations.

Logic

Skip questions or end the form early depending on the answers, add up a score, and show earlier answers in later questions ("Thanks, Jane!").
