New
New App: i18ntranslator. Translate the software you build for your clients without leaving the workspace. Import the i18n JSON files of an application, work through them in a fast editor, and export the finished translations back out as JSON, gettext .po or a PHP language file.
i18ntranslator — the project keeps your source files. Language files are uploaded to the project's Files tab and imported from there, so the original and its history stay with the rest of the project's material. The App never holds the only copy.
i18ntranslator — placeholder protection. Every save, AI translation and import is checked against the source text. A translation that loses a %s, a {count} or an HTML tag is refused, with the missing piece named, because that is a crash in the application being translated rather than a typo.
i18ntranslator — outdated tracking. When the English text of a key changes, every existing translation of that key is flagged automatically, so nobody has to remember what drifted.
i18ntranslator — AI translation using your own provider. Registers itself under Settings → AI → Operations, so translation can have its own provider, API key and model, and its cost can be read separately from every other AI feature. AI results are always saved as drafts for a person to confirm.
i18ntranslator — GitHub connection. Pull the language files from a repository and commit your translations back to a branch in a single commit. If a file changed in the repository since the last sync, the push stops and names every file that moved; continuing requires an explicit acknowledgement, which is recorded with your name and the resulting commit.
i18ntranslator — progress and history. A completion percentage per language, filter tabs with live counts for untranslated, outdated, draft, translated and reviewed work, and a full change history per string with one-click restore.
i18ntranslator — four role permissions (view, translate, review, manage), with access to the package's project as the outer gate. Available in all 13 workspace languages.
OrderLemon: a new Client performance report, refreshed every hour, showing every client's orders against its own KPI target and against its own previous trimester. The clients that need support most sit at the top of the list, each with the reason it was flagged.
OrderLemon: each client can be given a business size — small, medium or large — or its own custom target in orders per day, from the OrderLemon tab of the client or straight from a row of the report. A client that does not sell through OrderLemon can be left out of the report entirely.
OrderLemon: workspace-wide KPI defaults in Settings → OrderLemon — the target of each business size, the measurement window, the thresholds for "at risk" and "critical", and how many quiet days make a client dormant.
OrderLemon: a new dashboard widget listing the clients that need support right now, with a shortcut to the full report.
OrderLemon: a new dashboard widget, Orders per country. It shows how many orders each country places and what those orders were paid with — online, cash or invoiced — next to the country's flag and name, its share of the total and how it moved against the period just before. Switch the whole widget between hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, chart either orders or payments, and click a country to add it to or remove it from the chart. A country that has stopped ordering keeps its row, so a drop to zero is visible instead of disappearing. Available to users who can view OrderLemon reports.
OrderLemon: two new role permissions — one to read the client performance report and its widget, one to set a client's business size and KPI target.
OrderLemon: the client overview tab has a new interactive date range. A minimap of the shop's whole order history sits under the filters — drag the window or its handles to pick any period, or tap one of the 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / 12 months / This year / All time shortcuts.
OrderLemon: the client overview charts can now be read per Day, per Month or per Year. Switching the interval keeps the selected period and snaps it to whole months or years so the bars stay comparable.
OrderLemon: the client overview now compares the selected period with the period just before it — every figure (orders, revenue, items sold, average order, ZeroFoodWaste, cancellations, success rate) shows its trend, with a mini graph of its evolution.
OrderLemon: new order quality chart on the client overview, splitting completed orders, cancellations and carts customers left open.
OrderLemon: the client overview spreadsheet follows the selected period and interval, and can be exported to Excel or printed.
Onboarding: new "REST API call" signup block — it calls an external service in the middle of a signup flow and sends the visitor down a different path depending on the answer, with a loading screen while it runs. You can insert visitor details into the request as variables, branch on any field of the response, and save response values for later steps.
Onboarding: new "Message" signup block — a friendly notice screen with an icon, a translatable title and message, and a Back button (plus an optional Continue). Ideal as an explanation, or as the screen a REST API branch leads to.
Onboarding: visitors can now find their company by name to auto-fill the company name and address, not only by VAT number.
Share on Telegram: when the Marvin App and its Telegram bot are switched on, the Share menu of a project, task, client, lead, invoice, order, subscription, estimate, proposal or ticket also offers "Send on Telegram".
You can send the link to yourself, or to any Telegram group Marvin has been connected to — the groups are listed by name in the menu.
The link arrives in Telegram as a tappable Open button, together with the name of the record and who shared it.
The Share button now also sits on Clients, Leads, Invoices, Credit Notes, Orders, Subscriptions, Estimates, Proposals and Support Tickets: copy the link, open it in a new tab or send it by email.
Estimates and Proposals additionally offer "Copy public link", the address a client can open without signing in.
Reports: a Share button copies the link of the report you are looking at, so you can send a colleague straight to it.
Every list of those modules has a Copy link action on each row, as an icon or inside the row menu, so a record can be shared without opening it.
Projects: a new Share button on the project page copies the link of the project, opens it in a new tab or sends it by email.
Tasks: a Share button on the task page and a copy-link icon in the task window let you share the link of a task in one click.
Projects and Tasks lists: a copy-link icon on every row copies the link of that project or task without opening it.
Updates
OrderLemon: the flag on each order in the Real time orders list is now the country of the customer's own WhatsApp number instead of the country on the client's record. An order placed from a Turkish number in a Dutch shop now shows as Turkish, so the list tells you where your customers are, not where your clients are billed.
OrderLemon: the client's OrderLemon tab now shows the KPI target that client is measured against, and lets you change it without leaving the page.
OrderLemon: every order in the Real time orders list now carries the country flag of the client it belongs to, so you can see at a glance which market the orders are coming from. Hovering the flag shows the country name.
OrderLemon: the flag follows the country on the client's record in NIZU. If a client has no country filled in, the country registered for the company in OrderLemon is used instead, so an order is not left without a flag.
OrderLemon: the client overview identifies the OrderLemon company of a client exactly like the rest of the App does, through the one-to-one link on the client record.
OrderLemon: each dashboard widget now follows the permission of the section it belongs to. "View orders" or "View today's orders" gives the Real time orders and order-count widgets; "View shops" gives the users widget; "View conversations" gives the conversations widget. The widgets showing money — sales, commission and subscriptions — stay reserved for "View reports", so giving someone access to the orders does not also show them the turnover.
OrderLemon: each order in the Real time orders list now shows the customer's phone number as a WhatsApp link — click it to open the conversation straight away — together with the shop's own order number, next to the internal reference.
OrderLemon: the Real time orders list is a little taller so five orders stay in view now that each one shows more detail.
OrderLemon: the Real time orders widget now lists every order of the selected day instead of only the most recent ones. The number of orders listed is shown next to the title, and the list stays a scroll box of the same height, so a busy day does not stretch the dashboard.
OrderLemon: the Real time orders list no longer jumps back to the top when it refreshes — you keep your place while scrolling through the day — and it is only redrawn when something has actually changed.
OrderLemon: the Real time orders widget no longer re-downloads the day's orders on every refresh when nothing changed, which keeps a dashboard left open all day light on data.
Onboarding: the signup page now pre-selects the visitor's country from their location, which also presets the phone code and Peppol eligibility — the visitor simply confirms instead of choosing.
Onboarding: every step now places the cursor in the first field automatically, and pressing Enter moves to the next step, for faster keyboard signups.
Onboarding: the Deployment settings page now shows a live "payload reference" — the exact request and the list of variables the onboarding sends to your provisioning API — so it is easy to build the receiving endpoint.
Onboarding: the new blocks and settings are available in all 13 interface languages.
"To me" only appears once you have connected your own Telegram account, from your profile.
Only links of your own workspace can be sent, and only team members can send them.
Sharing a record is available to everyone who can open it, no edit permission is required.
Every share menu shows the full link in a read-only box, so it can also be selected and copied by hand.

Help & Knowledge Base: the example response of an API article is now written in a plain box — paste the body exactly as your API returns it, with no formatting toolbar in the way. Say which status code it is (200, 201, 409 …) and whether the body is JSON or raw text. A JSON body is tidied up as you type and told to you if it is not valid; raw text is published exactly as pasted.
Help & Knowledge Base: the status code appears as a coloured badge on the "Example result" heading — green for success, amber for a client error, red for a server error — so a reader sees at a glance which case the example shows.
Help & Knowledge Base: importing a Postman collection now also brings across the status code of each saved response and whether it is JSON or plain text.
Fix
Expenses: adding an expense could fail with a "Trait not found" error instead of opening the form. The shared AI engine behind the receipt scan is now delivered together with the Expenses code, so the window opens normally again.
Bank Statements Import: the AI reconciliation assistant was exposed to the same problem and is fixed the same way.
