Projects: a new Share button on the project page copies the link of the project, opens it in a new tab or sends it by email.
Tasks: a Share button on the task page and a copy-link icon in the task window let you share the link of a task in one click.
Projects and Tasks lists: a copy-link icon on every row copies the link of that project or task without opening it.
Share on Telegram: when the Marvin App and its Telegram bot are switched on, the Share menu of a project, task, client, lead, invoice, order, subscription, estimate, proposal or ticket also offers "Send on Telegram".
You can send the link to yourself, or to any Telegram group Marvin has been connected to — the groups are listed by name in the menu.
The link arrives in Telegram as a tappable Open button, together with the name of the record and who shared it.
Updates
Every share menu shows the full link in a read-only box, so it can also be selected and copied by hand.
Sharing a project, client, invoice, proposal, order, ticket or a task is available to everyone who can open it, no edit permission is required.
"To me" only appears once you have connected your own Telegram account, from your profile.
Only links of your own workspace can be sent, and only team members can send them.
