| What is Social Login or Single Sign ON?Social Login is a NIZU Cloud WorkSpace app that lets your team members and clients sign in with an account they already have instead of creating and remembering another password. With one click they authenticate through a trusted identity provider and land straight in your dashboard.Supported sign-in providers- Google — any Google or Google Workspace account.
- Microsoft — both Microsoft 365 (work / school) company accounts and personal accounts such as outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com.
- Facebook — sign in with a Facebook account.
- Telegram — sign in with a Telegram account.
- WhatsApp — sign in with a WhatsApp number.

How it works
When a user clicks a provider button, NIZU sends them to that provider to sign in. The
provider confirms who they are and returns their verified email address and name to NIZU.
NIZU then matches that email to an existing account and logs the user in — or, when
client signup is allowed, creates a new client contact automatically. Passwords are never
entered on the sign-in page, and NIZU never sees the user's provider password.
Why use Social Login
- Faster sign-in. One click, no password to type or reset.
- Better security. Authentication is handled by hardened providers that support two-factor authentication.
- Fewer support requests. No more “I forgot my password” tickets for social accounts.
- Higher conversion. Clients and leads join with a single tap.
Who is it for?
Social Login is ideal for companies whose staff already live inside Microsoft 365 or
Google Workspace, and for client portals where customers prefer to reuse an account they
already trust. Administrators choose which providers to enable, and each provider can be
turned on or off independently at any time.
