There are many good organizational-chart tools on the market. Most fall into two groups: dedicated org-chart / people platforms (Pingboard, Organimi, ChartHop, Sift) and general diagramming tools that can also draw org charts (Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro). Below is an honest comparison with the NIZU Organigram app.
The key difference: NIZU Organigram lives inside your NIZU Cloud WorkSpace and reads your team, job titles, photos and teams live from the same database, so there is no second copy of your people data to maintain. The dedicated external platforms offer deeper HR analytics and headcount planning, which NIZU intentionally leaves to the rest of the suite.

If your main need is headcount planning, compensation modelling or deep HR analytics across a large enterprise, a dedicated people platform such as ChartHop or Pingboard may be a better fit. If you need org charts as part of a broader library of technical diagrams, Lucidchart or Visio are strong general-purpose choices.
