How to install AI Reports

Installing AI Reports takes less than a minute.

Installation steps

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open Apps.
3. Search for AI Reports.
4. Click Install.
5. Click Activate.

Once activated, an AI Reports entry appears in the left sidebar, and an AI Reports section appears under Settings.

After installing: connect a provider

Before you can generate a report you need to add an AI provider key:

1. Go to Settings → AI Reports.
2. Open the tab for your chosen provider (Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek or Grok).
3. Paste your API key and, if you wish, change the model.
4. Click Save, then click Test connection to confirm it works.
5. On the General tab, choose which provider is active.

Permissions

By default, administrators have full access. To grant access to other team roles, edit the role and enable the AI Reports permissions: View, Add Reports, Edit Reports, Delete Reports, Settings and Share.
