Webinars: choose how people check out a paid seat pay online, create an order for your team, or create an invoice they pay later (Settings → Apps → Webinars → Seats and payments).
Webinars: with an order or an invoice, people can register without paying. Their seat stays reserved, not confirmed, until the invoice is paid or you confirm it in Registrations.

Webinars: a team member who types their own e-mail on a public registration page is asked to sign in to the dashboard first. Once signed in, they can reserve a seat in their own name to try the page, the e-mails and the join link, with nothing to pay.
Fix
Webinars: registering with a team member's e-mail address no longer creates a client account with that same address.
