New App: Teburu, table reservations for restaurants, bars, beach clubs and pool decks. Run one or several venues, each with its own tables, opening hours and online booking page.
Teburu: guests book a table themselves on your booking page. They pick the number of guests, a day and a free time, and get a confirmation by e-mail with a link to change or cancel their booking.
Teburu: put the booking form on your website (inside a page, or as a "Book a table" button for WordPress, Wix or any site), or simply share the link on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, your Google Business Profile or your Michelin Guide page. The reports show where your guests come from.
Teburu: make the booking form look like your website: colours, font, text size, corners and borders, light or dark, with a live preview.
Teburu: draw your room on a floor plan by dragging tables, chairs, the bar and other furniture. Split the venue into areas such as the terrace or a private room, and say which tables can be pushed together for bigger groups.
Teburu: see the service at a glance on the live floor plan (free, booked, seated, arriving soon), on a timeline of every table, or as a list. Seat walk-ins in two taps and move a booking to another table or time by dragging it.
Teburu: a waiting list for fully booked evenings. When a guest cancels, the next guest in line gets a message to take the table.
Teburu: fewer no-shows. Ask for a card guarantee or a deposit only where you need it (big groups, Saturday night, the terrace…). A held card is charged only when guests do not come or cancel too late. Refunds take one click, and every payment appears on the guest's invoice.
Teburu: special events with their own number of places, price per person and arrival times, each with a page guests can book.
Teburu: gift vouchers, sold at the counter or on your booking page, sent by e-mail and used on bookings until the balance is spent.
Teburu: a guest database. Every guest is one of your clients, with their visits, no-shows, cancellations, tags such as "vegan" or "wine lover", and notes. Group guests by how often they come, and export a list for Mailchimp.
Teburu: reports on bookings and covers, channels, new and returning guests, nationalities, peak times, money taken, best-selling menus, popular events, your most loyal guests and the bookings brought by hotel concierges and agencies.
Teburu: reminders before the visit, messages on WhatsApp for guests who accepted it (with the WhatsApp Coexistence App), dashboard tiles, and answers about your reservations in AI Reports.
Updates
Online payments with Stripe and Mollie can now hold an amount on a guest's card without charging it, charge part of it later, release it, or refund a payment, for the Apps that take payments.
Fix
RentOp: choosing another language on the rental website could show an error page.
