When another product is the better choice

  • A chain with many locations and its own developers: Nexudus lets you customise almost everything.
  • A large flexible-office operator that needs enterprise reporting, single sign-on and many locations: OfficeRnD Flex is built for that scale.
  • A branded member app in the App Store and Google Play: Optix and Spacebring put their white-label apps at the centre (usually as a paid add-on). NIZU CoWork's member portal is a web page made for the phone, not a store app.
  • Built-in door access and smart-lock integrations: several of the platforms above connect directly to access-control systems. In NIZU CoWork you record badges, keys, PIN codes and Wi-Fi accounts by hand.
  • A very small space that only needs bookings and simple billing: Cobot is quick to start with.

  • You want your members' data in your own workspace database, not shared with other companies.
