NIZU Sign: a new App to have any PDF signed electronically without leaving NIZU. Choose who signs and in which order, place the signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields on the pages, and send. People outside NIZU sign from their phone with a one-time code sent by email; your team and your clients sign inside NIZU with their two-factor code. Follow every step, send reminders, and save documents you send often as templates.
NIZU Sign: when everyone has signed, everyone involved receives the signed PDF and a certificate of completion showing who signed, when and how, with an independent timestamp. Anyone can check a signed PDF on your workspace's public check page; the file never leaves their device.
NIZU Sign: "Send for signature" on Contracts, Proposals and Estimates (switch it on for each in Settings → NIZU Sign). The document is prepared from the page with the client's main contact, and the contract, proposal or estimate is marked as accepted once everyone has signed.
Updates
NizuEvents: Apps can now send their own events to your webhooks. NIZU Sign uses it to report every document sent for signature: sent, signed, declined or cancelled.
AI Reports: documents sent for signature and the people asked to sign them can be reported on in "All business data".
Contracts: like proposals and estimates, the contract page can now show cards added by your Apps.
