NIZU lets you customize the default sign-in landing page to better match your client's journey.

How to Set the Landing Page:

Go to: Settings > App Settings > General > Landing Page

There, simply enter the page name or custom path you’d like users to land on after signing in.

• To set the Knowledge Base as the landing page, enter:

  knowledge_base

• To use a custom page, enter the URL path of that page. For example:

  about/custom-page-example

This gives you full control over the first thing users see after logging in.

Customize the Client Portal Menu:

To tailor what your clients see after logging in, go to:

Settings > Client Portal > Left Menu
