Warehouse notifications: once a day the team is told which units end their free storage time within the warning days, so clients can be warned before it costs.
Warehouse client portal: when you switch on “Clients see their units” (Settings → General), client contacts get “My units at the depot” their own containers and ISO tanks with where they stand, since when, how long they are still free and any hold. No prices are shown.

Warehouse units: a new “Free time ending” tab lists the units whose free storage days run out soon, so you can tell the client before it starts to cost. How many days ahead is set in Settings → Billing (2 days unless you change it).
