URL Shortener: send Marvin a long link "shorten https://…" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat, and he answers with the short link straight away. You can also ask how many clicks a link got (with the countries and devices) or which of your links are clicked most. Creating needs the URL Shortener manage permission; you see your own links, or all of them with "view all".
Club events: ask Marvin "which events are coming up?" or "how many tickets did we sell for the gala?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. Ticket figures (sold, scanned at the door, still for sale) are shown to team members with a ticket permission; guests' names are never shared.
Marvin: ask for time off by just saying it "I'm sick today", "I'd like Friday off", "holiday from 20 to 24 December", "I need the afternoon off" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. He sends the leave request for approval for the right days (or hours); if it is not clear which kind of leave it is, he asks with buttons. Days you already have leave on are not requested twice. You hear on WhatsApp when it is approved or rejected.
Updates
Fix
URL Shortener: a short link created by an AI agent could lead nowhere when opened. Those links now open their destination, and new ones are saved correctly.
Marvin: some records that are private to one person could be shown to other team members who asked for them by name or number a colleague's private calendar event, private note, notifications or time card, and event ticket holders' names and e-mail addresses. Marvin now follows the same rules as the screens: private calendar events and notes stay with their owner, notifications with the people they were for, time cards with the person (or those allowed to see everyone's attendance), and tickets need the Club events ticket permission.
Marvin: a team member could also get details of invoices, payments, estimates, proposals, contracts, credit notes, orders, subscriptions, leads, client contacts, project files and comments, milestones, logged time and ticket comments that their role does not let them open. Marvin now checks each of these exactly as the screens do for example a role that may only see its own clients' invoices only gets those, and project details only reach the people on the project.
Marvin: lists and totals ("list all leads", "how many invoices", "total invoiced this year") now only count the records your role lets you see for example a role limited to its own leads or its own clients' invoices gets its own figures, not the whole workspace's.
Tickets: team members whose role allows only specific ticket types could see those tickets in the list but could not open any of them. They can now open the tickets of their types.
