WhatsApp App: answer tickets and tasks from your phone. Reply to a ticket or task alert on WhatsApp and your reply is added to that ticket or task as a comment; reply "done" to a task alert and the task is completed. You can only change what you could change in NIZU, and you get a confirmation in the chat.
WhatsApp App: clock in and out from WhatsApp. Write "clock in" or "clock out" to the workspace number (in your own language too, such as "inklokken" or "einstempeln"); add a note after a colon when you clock out. You get the time back, and on clocking out how long you worked. If your workspace only allows clocking in from the office network, you are told so.
WhatsApp App: add leads by sharing a contact. Met someone at a fair? Open their contact on your phone, share it with the workspace WhatsApp number, and they become a lead assigned to you name, phone, e-mail and company included. Someone who is already in NIZU is not added twice: you get a link to them instead. Works if you are allowed to add leads in NIZU.
Marvin: ask him to add something to your own to-do list "remind me to call Jan tomorrow", "add to my to-do: renew the domain" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat, in your own language. He puts it on your To-do list for the right day and confirms with a link. Asking him to "add a task" still creates a task in your project.
Marvin: ask him to put something on your calendar "put a meeting with Acme on Monday at 10", "block Friday afternoon for the audit, with Anna" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. He adds the event at the right day and time (an hour long when you don't say, all day when you give no time), with the place, and shares it with the colleagues you name. Sharing follows your role's event-sharing permission.
Marvin: log your time by just saying it "log 2 hours on the Acme website", "I worked from 9 to 12:30 on task 9338 yesterday" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. He records it on the right project and task in your timesheet and confirms it. Only on projects you are part of, and never in the future.
Marvin: ask him to write something down "note for myself: the guest wifi code is 4711", "note on Acme: they want a call in November", "note on project 34: the client prefers blue" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. He saves it as your private note, or in the notes of that client, lead or project when you are allowed to add notes there.
Appointments: ask Marvin about your appointments "what appointments do I have tomorrow?", "who is coming this afternoon?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. You see the ones booked with you; admins and team members with access to Appointments can also ask about the whole team or a colleague.
NizuUptime: ask Marvin "which servers are down?" or "is the shop website up?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. He answers with the current status, the response time, the uptime of the last 24 hours, since when a server is down and why. For admins and team members who manage all settings, like the Uptime Monitor itself.
Gamify: ask Marvin "how many points do I have?", "what level am I?" or "who is leading this season?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. You get your own level, points, rank, streak and latest entries; the leaderboard follows the same visibility rules as the leaderboard screen, and other people are never shown with their penalties.
Sales Commission: ask Marvin "what's my commission this month?" or "how much is still to be paid out to me?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. You get your own totals per currency, your latest commissions and your objectives; managers who may view the commission reports can also ask for the totals per rep.
WhatsApp App: server alerts from NizuUptime. When one of your monitored servers goes down, the admins get a WhatsApp message with the server and the reason, and another one when it is back up, saying how long it was down. Only servers that have an alert switched on in NizuUptime are included, and it can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
WhatsApp App: DomainManager's daily list of domains and SSL certificates that are about to expire now also reaches the admins on WhatsApp, in the workspace language, with how many days are left and the client of each domain. It follows DomainManager's own expiry notice settings, and can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
Updates
WhatsApp App: team members now get the alerts about their own work on WhatsApp from the start a task assigned to them, a comment on their task, the deadline reminders, and their leave approved or rejected. The messages now say who did it ("Anna assigned a task to you"), a comment alert shows the comment itself, a leave alert shows the dates, and each has a link. Settings you already changed are kept, and each alert can still be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
WhatsApp App: charts and files that Marvin attaches to an answer (report charts, documents, photos) now arrive in the WhatsApp chat as well, as they already did on Telegram in private chats and in groups.
Fix
Marvin: questions about the Apps you installed (DomainManager, OrderLemon, Appointments, NizuUptime and others) were often not understood when many Apps were active, because Marvin only read the descriptions of the first few. He now considers the ones your question is about first.
