WhatsApp: a new Groups screen lists the WhatsApp groups your linked numbers are in. Nothing from a group is kept until you activate it, so family and private groups stay private. Activated groups appear in the messenger's Groups tab, with their members and which of your clients are in them.
WhatsApp groups: Marvin answers when someone mentions your number or replies to one of your messages, and never answers ordinary group chatter. People whose number is confirmed get answers about their own workspace; everyone else gets public answers only. You can switch Marvin off per group and choose a team member to be told when he cannot help.
Send invoices, credit notes, estimates, proposals and orders on WhatsApp from the record's Share menu, with the PDF attached or send an invoice as a friendly payment reminder. Only people who accepted WhatsApp messages, or who wrote to you first, can receive them.
WhatsApp: your client now sees "typing…" while Marvin prepares an answer or a team member writes a reply, and "recording audio…" while a voice note is being recorded. It can be switched off in the WhatsApp settings.
WhatsApp contacts: a new "Erase all data" button removes everything held about a phone number its conversations, what it wrote in groups and its consent records for right-to-be-forgotten requests.
Providers: connect the mailbox your suppliers send invoices to (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP/POP3 mailbox). Six times a day NIZU reads new invoice emails from the addresses saved on each provider, books each one as an expense with the PDF attached, and marks the email as read. An invoice that is already booked is never booked twice. You choose whether they are your own or company expenses, and can let it create new suppliers automatically.
Updates
Announcements: when announcements are also sent on WhatsApp, the form now says how many people will get one and roughly how long it takes to reach them all.
WhatsApp messages that have to wait (an announcement to many people, or a reply sent right after Marvin's) now go out within seconds at a safe pace, instead of one at a time every few minutes.
WhatsApp groups: each group can have its own daily storage limit. When it is reached the conversation says so, messages that mention you are still kept, and a group that hits its limit most days is flagged so you can raise the limit or mute it.
WhatsApp: the "delete closed conversations after (days)" setting now really deletes them, with their attachments, once a day.
Credit notes now have the same Share menu as invoices.
Bank Statements Import: AI matching now also works for outgoing payments. For each unmatched payment it looks for the existing expense it pays first checking the provider named on the bank line, then the amount, then the date and shows how likely the match is as a percentage. You still confirm every suggestion.
Bank Statements Import: the "Suggested Invoice" column is now called "Suggested Invoice/Expense", since it shows suggested expenses too.
Fix
WhatsApp: the daily group storage limit set in the WhatsApp settings was ignored; it now applies.
WhatsApp: a reply that quoted an earlier message could appear twice in the conversation.
WhatsApp groups: a message could be recorded with the group's own id instead of the sender's phone number.
WhatsApp groups: mentioning your number in a group was not always recognised (WhatsApp now mentions people by an internal id instead of their phone number), so Marvin did not answer. It now does.
WhatsApp: private chats with Meta AI on the linked phone, and your contacts' Status stories, are no longer stored in NIZU.
WhatsApp: the App no longer keeps the connection's access key in its activity log.
