Support Tickets: the status filter is now a row of tabs above the list — Active, New, Open, Client replied, Closed and All — and each tab carries the number of tickets behind it, so the size of the queue is visible before you click.
Updates
Support Tickets: the tickets list has the new iOS 26 look, with the status filter as a tab strip — Active, New, Open, Client replied, Closed and All — instead of a multi-select dropdown, and a live count on each tab.
Support Tickets: every ticket now shows its status as a coloured pill, and the row carries its status colour, so the state of a queue can be read at a glance in both light and dark mode.
Support Tickets: each row has its actions in the row itself — open the side panel, copy the link, assign the ticket to yourself, close or reopen it, edit and delete — instead of hiding them in a dropdown.
Support Tickets: the icons across the whole tickets module have been updated.
Onboarding → Settings has been rebuilt. The single endless page is now six tabs — Deployment, Sign-up, Billing, Payments, Notifications and Branding — so a setting can be found instead of scrolled to.
Every setting now sits in a titled section with one line explaining what it does, optional fields are marked as optional, and every on/off setting is a switch instead of a checkbox buried in a paragraph.
The Onboarding settings page shows its own state at a glance: whether the deployment API is configured, whether the wizard replaces your sign-up link, whether recurring billing and Connect payouts are on.
The Onboarding settings page reads correctly in dark mode. The payload reference, the connected-account badges and the status banners no longer render as bright panels on the dark theme.
Onboarding settings remembers the tab you were last on, and comes back on the Payments tab after linking or reconnecting a Stripe or Mollie account.
The Sign-up button settings (use the wizard for sign-up, and the sign-up destination) are now translated in all languages instead of only English.
Support Tickets: the list has been redesigned in the iOS 26 style used by Projects, Expenses and Subscriptions — a plain page title with the count of open tickets, a lighter table, and a status shown as a coloured pill instead of a flat badge.
Support Tickets: a ticket's actions are now buttons in its own row — open in the side panel, copy link, assign to me, close or reopen, edit and delete — instead of being hidden behind a menu.
Support Tickets: a long title, client or project name is now shortened inside its own cell with the full text in the tooltip, so one long ticket no longer pushes Ticket type, Assigned to and Status off the screen.
Support Tickets: every icon in the module has been replaced with the Font Awesome 7 Pro set used across the rest of the workspace.
Fix
Onboarding: the default setup fee was reset to 0 every time the settings were saved, because the field was missing from the screen. It is now on the Billing tab and keeps its value.
