Statements Import → Review (bank statements and credit cards): a money-out line can now be linked to an existing expense. The new link action opens a list of the expenses that are not linked to any statement line yet, closest amount first exact amounts flagged, then progressively further away, nearest date breaking ties with a one-click Link capsule per row. The modal follows the platform's iOS 26 look (glass readout of the bank line, tinted pills, light and dark). When the right expense is not among the closest amounts, switch to By provider, pick the provider and every open expense of that provider is listed whatever its amount or date (or choose Expenses without a provider). A third view, Already linked, lists the expenses a statement line already pays, with how many lines and how much so far so an expense settled in several transfers (instalments, a split payment) can take a second line. Reversing one of those lines leaves the expense paid as long as another line still pays it. Each expense's attachments can be previewed from the list before linking. Linking marks the expense as paid; no duplicate expense is created, and Reverse still puts the line back without touching the expense.
Statements Import: provider aliases. After linking, the app offers to remember the bank's counterparty name as an alias of the expense's provider (the same option is a checkbox when you create an expense from a line). From then on a line from that counterparty is matched to that provider's open expenses automatically and the provider is pre-selected in the create-expense form. The IBAN seen with the alias is learned too. Providers are also recognised by their own name now, not only by IBAN.
Updates
Statements Import: an import's status now follows its lines. As soon as every line is handled reconciled, settled or ignored, whether by hand or by auto-confirm on upload the import (bank statement or credit card) becomes Completed instead of staying in Reviewing; reversing or un-ignoring a line puts it back to Reviewing. Imports finished before this update are corrected once, automatically.
Fix
Expenses: saving the add/edit expense window no longer reloads the whole page. The row is updated in place in the list (and on the Recurring tab, the Client and Project expense tabs), keeping your filters, page and scroll position, like Leads already did.
Tasks and Milestones: leaving the optional Price field empty no longer shows "The price cannot be negative". An empty price is saved as 0.
