OrderLemon → Reports → Messages per client: pick a client and see how many WhatsApp messages its shops sent and received in the selected dates, how many were delivered or failed, how many were marketing templates vs service replies, and what the outgoing traffic cost. Narrow it down to some of the client's shops, to outgoing or incoming only, to one message type or to delivered / not-delivered messages. Charts per period, per shop and per country, and tables per shop, per period and per country (exportable).
