Providers: the provider page is now a full report built for the CEO, the CFO and the accountant. Top readouts show net spend, input VAT (with the effective rate), gross total and what is still to pay; a period bar switches between all time and each year. “Where the money goes” charts spend by month (or by year), splits it by category, compares it with last year and shows the share of the company’s total expenses, the recurring commitment per month, the largest expense and the oldest open one. “For the accountant” lists VAT by rate, the provider’s tax identity (VAT number, Peppol ID, IBAN, BIC, address) with one-tap copy, and the paperwork status: receipts on file, Peppol e-invoices, ignored and undated expenses, payment modes. The expenses list gains net / rate / VAT / gross columns, status tabs, a category filter and a receipt indicator. Styled in the iOS 26 look of the dashboard, dark mode included.
Providers: the accountant’s card is now a “VAT return” view. Each line is a real tax rate with its treatment — domestic, intra-EU reverse charge, import, or “to check” for a supplier in your own country booked without VAT — with the taxable base, the VAT and the deductible part (Belgian workspaces apply the 50% cap on cars and fuel and the 0% on restaurant and reception costs, and see the grid numbers of the Belgian return). When expenses need checking, the Input VAT readout turns amber and says how many; the link opens “Add the missing VAT”.
Providers: “Add the missing VAT” — a guided sheet behind the amber “N to check” link. Pick the rate (the provider’s default is preselected), say whether the booked amounts already include the VAT or are net, see the net / VAT / gross split before applying, review the exact expenses it will touch, and apply to all of them in one go. Line-based, ignored and already-taxed expenses are never changed. A second button, “They are right as they are”, marks the rows as verified at 0% for an exempt supplier. Earlier years on the all-time view are only touched with an explicit tick, every change is stamped on the expense (who, when, from which amount), and only someone allowed to edit all of the rows can run it. A “To check” tab on the expenses list shows the same rows.
Providers: the Paperwork card now shows the proof behind the deduction — how much input VAT rests on expenses with neither a receipt nor a Peppol document, over how many expenses and what gross. It turns amber when something is missing, offers “Show them” (a “No document” tab on the expenses list) and “Request the invoices”, which opens a mail to the supplier listing every undocumented payment (copied to the clipboard when the supplier has no email). Belgian workspaces also see how many 2026 invoices from Belgian suppliers did not arrive as a Peppol e-invoice.
Providers: the list is now a ranked spend table in the iOS 26 look. Three readouts on top (net spend of the period and its share of all expenses, suppliers billed, suppliers with something to fix), a period bar (all time or a year), and per provider the net spend, its share of the total, the trend against the previous year, what is still to pay, a documents badge and a VAT badge, and the last expense date. Sorted by spend; the name opens the provider’s report for the same period. Category and country stay as filters and can be brought back as columns with the column picker.
Updates
Expenses: opening “Add expense” from a provider’s report page preselects that provider in the form.
Fix
Tables on a phone: when a page holds two lists with totals, each list now shows its own totals; before, the totals of the last list drawn were written under both.
