Bank Statements Import: the "Internal transfer" action grew into Settle without invoice or expense. The new Settle action opens a picker with the reason — Internal transfer, Bank fee, State fee, Share capital, Dividends, Daily allowance, Card verification, Bank cashback, State refund, Non-business expense, Personal expense refund, Commission earnings, Held / Release fund reserve, Investment added funds (money in only) / withdrawn funds (money out only), Loan principal, Repayment installment, Interest paid, Refunded sale, Refunded purchase, or None of the above. The line shows that reason as its status, counts towards the import's progress, has its own "Settled as" filter, and can be reversed like any other reconciliation. Lines already marked as internal transfer are carried over automatically.
Bank Statements Import: new Credit Card Imports menu. Register each company credit card (cardholder + last 4 digits) under Credit Cards, then import a card statement per card and period — as a PDF, converted to CSV automatically (text layout first; an optional AI reading, Credit card statement (PDF) under Settings → AI, for scanned or complex statements), or as a CSV/XLSX export through a map template. A card line is reconciled in just two ways: a purchase becomes an Expense (or links to a matching existing one — same amount within a few days, the cardholder's own expenses first), a refund is settled as a Refunded purchase. Purchases with no expense, or an expense without an attachment, show a red Missing receipt badge and their own filter tab; the reviewer can ask the cardholder for one receipt or for all of them at once, by email and Telegram (through Marvin's per-user link), and each line remembers when it was last reminded.
Expenses: every expense now has a payment status — New (still to be paid), Paid or Ignored. Set it in the expense form (a new expense starts as New), or change it straight from the list by clicking the status badge. A status tab strip above the list (All / New / Paid / Ignored) filters the expenses, and the status is also available in the project, client and team-member expense lists. Existing expenses are marked Paid, so the reports you already had keep their meaning.
Reports → Finance: new Expenses paid vs to be paid report next to Income vs Expenses — a monthly chart of what was paid against what is still open, and a summary table with the totals per month for the year, filterable by project.

Fix
The small pop-up used to change a status straight from a list (Expenses status, Leads status, …) showed the selected value in white on a pale blue tint, which made it unreadable; it is now shown in the accent colour, and the rows are sized like a menu instead of a settings list.
