Columns can now be dragged into the order you want. Grab a column heading on any list — invoices, expenses, tasks, projects, clients, tickets and the rest — drag it left or right, and the whole column moves with it.
Your column arrangement is remembered on your own device for each list, so a screen opens the way you left it every time you come back. It is yours alone: colleagues keep their own arrangement, and nothing changes for them.
Changed your mind? Open the columns button in the filter bar of any list — the same one used to show and hide columns — and choose “Reset column order” to put everything back the way it came.
Excel and print exports follow your arrangement, and column totals stay under the right column wherever you move it.
Updates
The actions column at the end of a list stays where it is, so the row menu is always in the same familiar place. Column dragging is off on phones, where the column headings are used for scrolling.
The invoice list now loads one page at a time from the server instead of pulling every invoice into the browser, so it opens quickly however many invoices a workspace has. Searching and sorting cover the whole list, not just the page on screen, and the totals under the table still add up every page.
Fix
Invoices no longer open on an empty list. The list used to start filtered to the current month, so a workspace that had not billed anything yet this month looked as if it had no invoices at all. It now opens on your most recent invoices straight away, and the month, year and custom date ranges are still there in the filter bar — with a new “All time” option.
