Your AI can now read OrderLemon directly, shops, companies, clients, printers, channels and the order index, instead of only the copy of orders held in this workspace. Ask it, how many shops do we have” and it answers from OrderLemon itself.
Credit notes from your AI. Ask it to credit an invoice and it copies the lines, taxes and discount onto a properly numbered credit note linked back to that invoice, or credit only part of it. Standalone credit notes not tied to any invoice can be written too. Both arrive as drafts.
An invoice that has already been credited in full can no longer be credited again by mistake, and the refusal happens before a credit note number is used up.
Record payments from your AI, against an invoice or as a refund against a credit note. A payment can never be recorded for more than the document still has outstanding, your AI is told the remaining balance instead. Fully refunding a credit note marks it refunded, and the client is only emailed a confirmation if you ask for one.
Ten more things your AI can total up: time logged on projects, leads, subscriptions, your to-do list, server uptime, short-link clicks, and, for shops running OrderLemon, orders, refunds, scheduled messages and their delivery per channel. As with the rest, the figures are added up by NIZU across every matching record.
Server uptime as a real percentage. NizuUptime now answers, how reliable has this been” from every recorded check, rather than from whether the server happens to be up at this moment.
Ask your AI for a total and you get the real one. Questions like, what are my unpaid invoices worth” or, how much did we collect last quarter” are now answered by NIZU adding the figures up itself, across every matching record, not by the AI adding up the first hundred rows it happened to receive. Covers invoices, payments, expenses, estimates, proposals, orders, tasks and projects.
Charts appear in the chat itself. Ask Claude or ChatGPT for a breakdown and a real chart comes back in the conversation, invoiced against paid month by month, where the money went by category, workload by team member. Nothing is sent to an outside chart service; the picture is drawn on your own server.
Project diagrams. Ask for a project as a diagram and your AI can draw it out by milestone with the state of the tasks under each.
A connected AI can now do the everyday work: create tasks, projects, clients, estimates, proposals, orders, expenses, log time, and prepare invoices.
Ask your AI for a preview and it hands you a link to the real PDF, exactly the document your client would receive, so you can look before you send.
Sending an invoice is the one step that asks. Your AI must show you the preview and have you agree first, in the same conversation. Everything else simply happens.
Sign-in with OAuth, for organisations that would rather not use a link with a secret in it.
Ask your AI to record a receipt and it hands you a link. Open it on your phone, photograph the receipt, and it goes straight into your workspace, and onto the expense. A file you attach inside Claude or ChatGPT never reaches your workspace, so this is how the original gets there.
Upload a receipt or supplier invoice and your AI reads it: it works out the supplier, date, amount and tax, shows you a summary, and only records the expense once you confirm. The supplier and category are created for you if they are new.
Your AI can now look after your workspace settings across every area, and check the configuration for problems when something is not working. Passwords and API keys are never shown to it and can never be set through it.
OrderLemon is available to your AI: shops, today's orders, reports, client performance, printers, remarketing, conversations, refunds, channels and scheduled messages. Broadcasts are deliberately excluded, a channel post reaches every customer at once and cannot be withdrawn.
The URL Shortener is available too: short links, remote domains and its settings.
Your AI can now work with tasks properly: comment, change status and priority, move a task to another project or milestone, set start and due dates, assign it and add collaborators, add subtasks and checklists, tick items off, make a task repeat, and delete one.
Updates
Routine changes no longer wait for approval. Only things that leave your workspace, or cannot be undone, ask first, an approval queue full of "create a task" is one people stop reading.
Invoices an AI creates are drafts. Nothing reaches a client until you say so.
Anything an agent creates, tasks, projects, clients, comments, expenses, now goes through exactly the same code as Marvin, so both behave identically and always will.
Connection and preview links are always secure links, whatever the workspace is configured with.
Preview links last about fifteen minutes and stop working the moment a connection is disconnected.
Fix
The shop list your AI sees was built from orders, so any shop that had not sold anything yet was missing from it entirely. It now lists every registered shop, with its sales shown as zero where there are none.
Invoices created by an AI now get their proper invoice number. They were being saved with the number left blank, which the invoice still totalled and could still be sent with.
A change proposed by a connected AI could fail instead of being queued for approval.
Roles: the WhatsApp and Agents permissions on Team & access → Roles were drawn as a white box with the tick boxes pushed to the far right, which was unreadable in dark mode. They now look like every other section of the page, with the tick box in front of each permission.
